Warren Lownds Limited, the creators and owners of the Vanilla® Concept are happy to offer Vanilla materials for purchase under licence. This can be a complete set or individual modules.

The licensing of individual elements enables our licensees to select those modules that suit their own skills and their own customer base.

Personal combinations can be created from all the ‘Room to…’ programmes (for example, for a licensee who wants to specialise in coaching, the coaching elements from Room to Develop could be combined with the Pairing for Performance element of Room to Master).

THE BOUNDARIES WITHIN WHICH LICENSEES MUST OPERATE

• Licences are awarded on payment of the licence fee and on the basis of a contract between the licensee and Warren Lownds Limited

• A licensee is not authorised to award licences unless granted the status of authorising body by Warren Lownds Limited. The only authorising body is Warren Lownds Limited

• Licensees will be reviewed periodically

• The Vanilla® brand cannot be obliterated or disguised and must remain prominent

• Only ORIGINAL Vanilla® student notes can be distributed to students and these must be purchased from Warren Lownds Limited

• Royalties must be promptly paid in accordance with the licensee’s contract

• The law of copyright must be observed at all times
